To minimise our footprint, your order will be sent as one
shipment
so please check the longest lead time of the items selected. 

Some items are too exciting to wait for! If you have
selected non-personalised and/or embroidered items that you would like sent as
soon as they are ready, please place them in to a separate order.

Our current production time is:

Knitted gifts: 4-6 weeks from order plus shipping.

Embroidered gifts: 2 weeks from order plus shipping.

Option 1: "The Bonjour Blanket" was specifically designed to welcome Mini using their surname

Option 2: Any of our blankets with space for two names can be made with "Baby Surname" for example "The Initials Blanket".

Option 3: Choose one of our products that doesn't have Mini's name on it.

Option 4: Still can't choose? Grab a gift voucher and let Mini's Mama or Papa decide!

*We have done our best to represent all Mini Motif product colours accurately online, but it should be noted that the colour calibration of computer monitors can vary considerably. Due to photographic reproduction limitations, exact colour fidelity is difficult to obtain. Actual samples should always be viewed before making a final decision if colour accuracy or matching is key to your decision. Mini Motif will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from Mini Motif, you agree that there may be a slight variation between the actual colour and/or design, and the representation on our website. In addition, please be aware that colours can often vary between dye lots; for example slightly different shades of ‘White’.

Our personalisation software only allows the use of the English language, however our design team can create custom blankets in any language or alphabet.

Due to the knitting technique used to add Mini's details, the blanket can only be read on the front. On the back you will find a beautiful blend of all of the colours used to create Mini's blanket.

Ordering/ Payment/ Shipping

You can purchase your gift voucher here.

There's nothing more annoying than finding out that your gift voucher has expired. So your Mini Motif gift voucher never will!

Please treat your gift voucher like cash though, if lost/stolen we are unable to re-issue it.

Due to the Mini Motif production process, no changes/cancellations can be made after your order has been completed.
Please ensure that you double check your custom selections and the spelling of Mini's details before completing your order.

Mini Motif reserves the rights not to complete an order containing offensive material or that does not follow Mini Motif design templates.

Personalised products:

Due to the personalised nature of these products, we do not offer exchanges/refunds.

Non-personalised products:

If you change your mind, thats ok. Please contact us to organise an exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be returned unused and unwashed, in a sellable condition and the original packaging undamaged to be accepted for an exchange.

Postage and handling is covered by the purchaser to send the item back.

Please get in touch before ordering if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

A quality inspection is performed on all of our products before they are sent to you.

If, however, you believe that you have received a faulty product please contact us here or email us at hello@minimotif.com immediately after receiving the product so that we can evaluate the issue and replace or exchange the item.

Mini Motif accepts the following payment types:

- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

- Google Pay

- Paypal

- Shop Pay

All prices are displayed in AUD$.

When purchasing your card will be charged in AUD$ and any conversions will be handled by your financial institution. If you have any questions regarding conversions, please contact your bank or financial institution.

We do not use single use plastic packaging at Mini Motif.

All of our packaging is made from recycled materials, which are in turn, recyclable.

Our products are protected by a reusable cotton dust bag and sent in a compostable postbag.

We use Australia Post for our domestic shipping, allowing us to ensure a 100% carbon neutral Australia-wide shipping process.

Shipping times are approximately:

$10 Standard post: 5-7 business days

$15 Express post: 1-3 business days

We use Australia Post for all of our international deliveries.

We currently ship to:

New Zealand - $20

UK, Europe, Asia - $30

Coming soon:

USA, Canada

Please note - If applicable, you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Mini Motif is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
